What We Collect

  • What you send through the Start A Project form: your name and email address and, if you add them, your phone number, company, current website and Teams username, how many ventures you run, and what you tell us about your project, budget, timeline and links.
  • What you share while we work together: content, files, feedback and the access details we need to build your project.
  • Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site secure and running.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or social media trackers.

How We Use It

We don't send newsletters or marketing emails, and we don't use your details for anything other than what you sent them for. Your concept proposal is published at a private address that is not linked from this website and is kept out of search engines. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with the people you want to see it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your details for as long as we need them to answer you and to deliver and support your project. Accounting records, such as invoices, are kept for the 10 years Swiss law requires. If an enquiry doesn't become a project, we delete it once it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.

Your Rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and get a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to stop using it, and ask for it in a portable format. Where the GDPR applies, you can also object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To use any of these rights, contact us through the . These terms apply when you use this website and when you work with Clickative. Your accepted proposal or agreed scope sets out the details of each project; where it says something different from these terms, the proposal takes precedence.

Who We Are

Clickative is a design and web development team. We design and build websites and landing pages, custom web applications, dashboards and portals, integrations and automation, AI-powered features and brand identities.

Free Concept Proposals

Every project starts with a free concept proposal: visual directions and functional ideas, put together for your business. It costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything.

  • The designs and ideas in a proposal stay ours until they become part of a paid project.
  • Proposals are private and confidential. Please keep them within your business.
  • Prices in a proposal are valid until the date shown on it.

Quotes, Scope And Changes

Every project is quoted individually. Before any work begins, we agree the scope, timeline and price in writing, through a proposal you approve or an email that confirms it. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it. Timelines assume we receive content, feedback and approvals from you on time.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, milestones and due dates, are set out in your accepted proposal or invoice. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it arrives.

The Partnership

The partnership is an ongoing development arrangement at $1,000 per month, billed monthly in advance. It covers design, development, features, improvements, fixes and new ideas. Scope, priorities, turnaround and active workload are agreed as part of the monthly engagement, and partnership slots are limited.

Either of us can end the partnership at the end of any billing month by telling the other before the next billing date. A month that has already started is not refunded.

Your Part

  • You provide the content, materials, access and feedback the project needs, on time.
  • You confirm you have the right to use everything you give us, such as text, images, logos and data.
  • You are responsible for your own content and for how you use the finished work, including your website's own legal pages and compliance.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the designs and code we created specifically for you. We keep ownership of the tools, components and know-how we had before your project, and you receive a permanent license to use them as part of it. Third-party components, such as open-source libraries, fonts, images, plugins, hosting and APIs, stay under their own licenses and terms. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

How We Use AI

We use AI tools to design and develop faster. Everything we deliver is reviewed and tested by our team, and we stand behind it like any other work.

Hosting And Third-Party Services

Unless we agree otherwise, hosting, domains, email and third-party subscriptions are in your name and billed by those providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes or price increases by third-party services.

Fixes After Launch

If something we built doesn't work as agreed, tell us and we'll fix it. Defects reported within 30 days of launch are fixed free of charge. After that, fixes are covered by the partnership or quoted.

Liability

We work with care and skill, but we can't guarantee that a website or application will run without interruption or errors, or that it will achieve a particular business result. As far as the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it (for the partnership, the fees for the last three months), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only for your project. In return, please keep our proposals and pricing confidential.

Ending A Project

Either of us can end a project in writing. You pay for the work done up to that point, and we hand over the completed work once it is paid.

Using This Website

The content of this website, including its text, designs, graphics, logo and mascot, belongs to Clickative. Please don't copy it, and don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it or overload it. How we handle your data is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law And Courts

These terms, and every project under them, are governed by Swiss law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The courts at Clickative's registered office in Switzerland have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you a mandatory right to go to court elsewhere.
